Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook, born October 4 1979 is an American actress. She has appeared in the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the television show Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker and former stand-up comedian, and JoAnn, a cooking instructor and weaver. Part-Italian, she is also from Italian descent. Cook has made her public service announcement while in foster care when she was seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model when she was 10 years old and appeared on national ads for Target. Cook was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
